Our mission is to facilitate social, cultural and economic development at the community level.
The mandate of the agency is to assist Community Based Organizations, Non Governmental Organizations and other stakeholders to build an enabling environment for communities and marginalized people to participate actively in shaping and influencing national development.
Vision
We view Community Development as a model for achieving sustainable development intended to significantly effect self-sufficiency and a high quality of life.
