Liberty Lodge Training Centre

1.    Replace the roof of the administrative building on the compound thereby, improving working conditions and the safety of staff members by August 31, 2011.

2.    Implement an improved modern operational procedures manual and complementing mechanisms regime at the centre by February 28, 2011.

3.    Implement an effective exit strategy using a graduation system which will assist in the re-integration of the boys into society by March 31, 2011.
