ensure the functionality of all forty (40) Centres

provision of furnishing for Centres

assist in the setting up and monitoring of management systems at Centres

ensure the development of centre-based community development activities. E.g. Pre School services, Skills Training, Consultations, Community meetings and workshops
Community Empowerment

encourage the formation and assist in the strengthening of community organizations

assist community organizations with the provision of resources for their capacity building activities

assist community organizations in accessing training, resources and other assistance necessary to strengthen them
-
collaborate with other agencies in community mobilization initiatives for the purpose of information sharing/gathering
-
provide assistance to community organizations for local vacation camps /programmes

assist communities in needs assessment and prioritization

organize community meetings to discuss community development issues
