Objectives

To improve the capability of Small Business and Co-operatives so that they influence national development through job creation, increased productivity, foreign exchange earnings through import substitution.

To access and harness specialized human resources from International, Regional Agencies and various social partners to assist with product development, management training and financial assistance.

To ensure that relevant legislation is formulated and enacted to reflect the new realities in terms of dire need for Small Business Development financing.
