The Ministry of National Mobilization will continue its Child Abuse Awareness activities with an aggressive campaign next year.
The campaign dubbed “Break the Silence campaign” will be used to send a message to victims that they do not need to suffer in silence.
Speaking on NBC’s 'Views on Issues' Program on Sunday 16th December,, Senior Assistant Secretary, Eli Francis, said that through this campaign, victims can start the healing process through speaking about their situation.
He also outlined other programs relating to child abuse to be undertaken by the Ministry in 2013.
