Strengthening Social Protection System for Disaster Preparedness and Response in SVG

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, like many Caribbean countries, has a strong record of providing support to poor and vulnerable households through social protection programs and services, including social safety nets, labour market programs and social insurance.

Senior Citizens tour the windward side of the Country

The Ministry of National Mobilisation, through the Social Protection Unit, on Tuesday, 8th May, 2018, took some 24 Senior citizens on a Windward tour of the island.

Family Services Division

We Facilitate and identify alternative homes for abused children and the elderly. Liaise with child care agencies, regional and International. Prepare social inquiry report for the Court and relevant international agencies.
