A cohort of families are engaged in The Family Life Education Life Skills Programme (FLE), implemented by the Social Protection Division within the Ministry of National Mobilisation Social Development & Youth SVG.

The Ministry's Social Worker Ms. Orita Peters facilitates the programme at the Biabou Learning Resource Centre (LRC), where the participants learn about money management, parenting education, conflict resolution, anger management, managing children with behavioral issues and managing the home.
