All persons collecting Public Assistance are asked to walk with their Identification (ID) cards.
N.B Persons will only be allowed to collect Public Assistance for a maximum of two (2) persons.
N.B. ALL LIFE CERTIFICATE FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 31ST, 2019.
