The Ministry of National Mobilisation said that it is continuing its work to develop a National Strategy towards the reform of the Juvenile Justice Reform project.
Assistant National Co-ordinator for the Juvenile Justice Reform project, Lafleur Quammie-Harry, said that they are holding a two-day consultation as part of this initiative. She said that the program, which is being facilitated by Felicia Robinson, who has been contracted by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), commenced on Friday 4th and will climax on Monday 7th April.
Mrs. Quammie-Harry said that the consultant has already held discussions with a number of state agencies. She said that Monday’s program will include discussions from a number of non-state agencies who will be meeting at the Family Affairs Conference Room from 1:00 p.m.
