The workshop is taking place at the Girl Guide Headquarters from 9:00 each morning.
At the opening ceremony addresses were made by Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Mobilisation, Jasmine Hull; President of Soroptimist International SVG, Gail Davis; and Program Action Chairman, Saline Barbour. Pastor Terrence Haynes delivered the feature address.
