Minister of Social Development, Hon. Frederick Stephenson, said that the various departments within the ministry have realigned existing programs in an effort to improve efficiency in their delivery.

He spoke of these efforts during his contribution to the 2015 National Budget Debate in Parliamen .

Minister Stephenson said that the ministry has consolidated various programs to reduce duplication of inter and intra-agency efforts, as well as design new programs to meet the social needs of Vincentians.

The Minister further stated that the programs of the previous year have set the pace for further development in 2015.
