Minister of National Mobilisation, Social Development, Family, Gender Affairs, Persons with Disabilities, and Youth, Hon. Frederick Stephenson, said that the Ministry continues to implement reforms aimed at improving the delivery of social services to Vincentians.
He spoke of these initiatives during his contribution to the 2015 National Budget Debate in Parliament on Friday 30th January.
Minister Stephenson said that research and evaluations were conducted to determine the demand in relation to the supply of services in a socially evolved society. He also said that the Family Affairs Division was restructured to meet the new mandates identified in the new family legislation.
